John Lloyd Cruz & Direk Bobot Walk Out When Joey Reyes Did This?

Did actor John Lloyd Cruz and Direk Bobot leave when Joey Reyes did this after their vaccination?

JOHN LLOYD CRUZ – Allegedly, actor John Lloyd Cruz and Direk Bobot Mortiz walked out when Direk Joey Reyes asked them to do this.

More and more famous celebrities are getting vaccinated through the efforts of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) along with the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) and Movie Workers Welfare Foundation (Mowelfund). They believe that famous celebrities who got themselves vaccinated might also influence other people to the same.

Some were even asked to do a video message to endorse the COVID-19 vaccination to finally put everything back to normal. However, while celebrities are told to encourage other people, an incident has accordingly happened last June 17 which involved John Lloyd Cruz, Direk Bobot Mortiz, and Direk Joey Reyes.

According to PEP, the actor and the director allegedly walked out when Direk Joey requested them for a video message which was not agreed upon. This was fueled when Direk Joey posted this on Facebook: “RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT. Treat me like shit and I will treat you like toilet paper.”

He also added when Direk Erik Matti asked him who he was addressing the post to, “It takes all kinds to make a world. I just cannot tolerate entitlement if it affects a lot of people.”

However, Direk Joey himself denied that the post is about the alleged incident. He clarified that there’s a miscommunication that happened which is why the shoot did not happen. Although they were not granted a video message, the actor, on the other hand, left a message.

Direk Bobot also denied that they walked out. They only denied doing what was requested because he doesn’t want the actor to think that he got trapped as he was the one who persuaded him to get the vaccination.
