It urged the national government to place the NCR Plus (Metro Manila and the provinces of Cavite, Bulacan, Rizal, and Laguna) under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). The said measure is the strictest among the four measures.

Currently, the NCR Plus is under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) with heightened measures until June 15. The residents await updates on the quarantine measure in their areas after it.
