KRIS AQUINO – Former actress and host Kris Aquino has this reply to this commented who wrote an offensive statement about her face.
Among the consequences of being famous is the downright insults and judgment of other people about a certain famous personality without even seeing the full picture and the story of what they post online. Oftentimes, celebrities are being subjected to bashing and critical comments and that included Kris Aquino.
It has been many years since Kris appeared on a free TV but even with her silence and plea of privacy, what she does or most of what she says tends to always reach online news headlines. She is known for her witty and sassy replies to her bashers and to the critics of her sons.
In a previous article, someone has called her “cheap” and lambasted such a comment by dropping off the huge amount she regularly and consistently pays as her tax. In another one, she slammed her son’s basher who noticed Bimby’s femininity. She wrote as a response, “…[I] will call you out on your lack of DECENCY… You chose the wrong Mom. [I] look forward to the day I see you face to face.”
And just recently, in one her new posts, someone commented an insulting comment against her face that has no makeup. The commenter said, “Pangit pala c Miss Kris pag walang make up. Sorry just saying.”
Such “just saying” comment that is better kept unsaid based on other netizens online caught the attention of Aquino and the basher has seemingly received the taste of his own medicine. She started her reply with an old but gold line of “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and went on to saying that she can easily release some statements about his looks.
However, she opted not to say it because she believed that it won’t be of no help. It would neither help improve the society. She penned, “Siguro you need to find your own happiness? And thank God diba, ako gumaganda kapag may makeup.”
