Lady Suspect Offering Assurance to Police Applicants to Pass Psychiatric Test Arrested by PNP
The Philippine National Police (PNP) arrested a lady suspect who allegedly offers assistance to police applicants for P50, 000.
The police authorities arrested the 35-year old Evelyn Aleman during an entrapment operation in front of the Department of Science and Technology along General Santos Avenue in Bicutan, Taguig City.
Evelyn Aleman alias Evah Fonda of Bicutan, Taguig City is allegedly offering assistance to the aspiring police officers for P50, 000 to ensure 100 percent passing rate at the psychiatric test.
The Anti-Cybercrime Group and the Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group (IMEG) held the operation after receiving a tip from an informant. Aleman is contacting her victim via Facebook, according to PNP chief Police General Guillermo Eleazar.
Eleazar reported that Aleman is claiming that she has a contact the Health Service that will facilitate the neuro-psychiatric test. The suspect said that her contact is a doctor with a rank of Police Colonel is helping her with her activity.
“Itong suspect naghahanap ng kanyang mga kliyente para tulungan diumano na makapasok sa PNP kalapit ng P50,000 at sinasabi rin niya na meron siyang contact sa Health Service na kung saan siya magpa-faciliate ng particular neuro-psychiatric test at babantayan pa ‘yung ibang proseso and according to her, ito ay dati na niyang ginagawa,” Eleazar said.

The female suspect would face charges for violations of Section 21 (H) of Republic Act 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act in relation to Section 6 of RA 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act.
