Judy Ann Santos expected to have this role in a movie
Soap opera queen Judy Ann Santos revealed that there was a time when she cried over a role that she really thought was for her.
Juday has been acting since her childhood days. At a young age, she showed her acting prowess that paved her way to stardom. Various roles have been offered to her and these projects just prove her star status.
On the other hand, there was an instance that Juday thought that a role that she really wanted to do was for her. Based on the article in Bandera, the award-winning drama actress shared that this happened when she was just eight years old.
âAng kwento niyan, kaya ko gusto magsirena nuâng bata ako, nuâng ginagawa namin âyung âDyesebelâ ni Alice Dixson, sinukatan ako ng buntot. Ilang taon lang ako noon, kaedad ko lang siguro si Lucho (her son with Ryan Agoncillo), mga eight years old,â she said.
Judy Ann Santos said she was excited when someone got her measurement for a mermaid costume with the thought that she will play the mermaid role in the movie.
ââYun pala sinukatan lang ako kasi hindi nila masukatan âyung little Dyesebel ng buntot kaya ako âyung ginamit nila,” the actress said and admitted that she really cried because of that. However, despite her dismay, she was able to finish taping for that movie.
Meanwhile, when asked about her dream role, Juday said that she always wanted to do a character with multiple personality disorder. Somehow, she was able to fulfill that dream when Coco Martin asked her to do a guest appearance in Ang Probinsyano.
âNuâng ginawa ko âyun, sinabi ko sa sarili ko na quota na ako. âParang quota na ako dito Coco, okay na ako. Nagawa ko na lahat,'” Judy Ann Santos said.
