Jak Roberto said Barbie Forteza is “the one”
Here is the reaction of Kapuso actress Barbie Forteza to the statement of her boyfriend actor Jak Roberto that she is “the one”.
Jak and Barbie celebrated their 4th anniversary just recently. In a social media post, the actor declared that his girlfriend is “the one” and this brought an overwhelming feeling to Barbie.
The actress said that her boyfriend would joke about this privately but to make it as a statement in public is a different thing. “He’s very ‘kalog’ and ‘makulit.’ And we never talked seriously about it; we just tease each other. So for him to claim that I’m ‘the one’ for him—and actually post it on social media—that’s very touching!” Barbie said, based on the article in Inquirer.
When Jak was asked what made him decide to have this declaration about his girlfriend, he said that being together for too long only means that they are mean for each other.
“In our four years together, we have never had any major issues. And we managed to pull through despite the pandemic. We talk every day and know each other’s routines. And before we knew it, we had already gone through two anniversaries while in this pandemic,” the actor said.
Jak also shared what he likes the most about his relationship with Barbie. He said that they are both lovers and friends to each other.
Barbie Forteza added that she is grateful for having Jak Roberto in her life who has been a constant supporter when it comes to what she encounters in her work. The actress shared that they never had a problem with each other.
For her, having fun and consistent communication even if you’re physically apart is important. Their video calls have no dull moments as they are both talkative and never runs out of topic to discuss.
