Xiaomi Redmi 9 Prime has the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is built with a glass front (Gorilla Glass 3), a plastic back, and a plastic frame.
The dimension of the phone is 163.3 x 77 x 9.1 mm and weighs 198 grams. Redmi 9 Prime supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
Xiaomi Redmi 9 Prime is powered by Mediatek Helio G80 (12 nm) processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Mali-G52 MC2. The phone runs on the Android 10 + MIUI operating system. It is packed with 4GB of RAM while the internal storage has 64GB and 128GB options.
Sensors on the smartphone include fingerprint (rear-mounted), compass, accelerometer, and proximity. It also features Bluetooth 5.0, GPS with A-GPS, BDS, GLONASS, Infrared port, FM radio, USB On-The-Go, and Type-C 2.0.
The phone was launched in Space Blue, Mint Green, Matte Black, and Sunrise Flare colors. It is kept on by a 5020 mAh built-in battery + fast charging 18W.
