Concerned Netizen Seeks Help to Stop Filching Paver Bricks in Iloilo Esplanade
A concerned netizen calls out local government unit of Iloilo City to stop individuals filching paver bricks in a portion of city’s esplanade.

That is why Daisy Rangas, an Iloilo City netizen, could not help but condemn some inconsiderate residents for digging or dismantling brick tiles in a section of the Iloilo Esplanade along Muelle Loney Street in Iloilo City.
She shares her dissatisfaction with the appearance of the brick tiles she just passed on Facebook. A vacant spot on the said esplanade floor was previously filled with stolen bricks.
The suspects, according to Rangas, will steal a brick or two every day, similar to choosing a chocolate bar. The concerned netizen calls on the Iloilo city government to take action against the theft of paver bricks.
“Matyagan nila ni sg bricks mn tsokolate.. Kada adlaw may gkadula (They think these bricks are like chocolate. A piece goes missing daily),” she said in her caption.
Meanwhile, her Facebook post has gotten a lot of attention from the online community. Her fellow concerned netizens denounced the theft of government property at a tourist attraction in the area.
