Disappointed Vendor Expresses Disappointment Towards Heartless Scammer Using “Wrong Item Received” Modus

A disappointed vendor has expressed her disappointment towards heartless scammers making false claims just to earn voucher.

A Facebook user named Cathy Jugo has expressed her dismay towards heartless scammers victimizing delivery riders and vendors. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.

Jugo said that their business is still small and struggling to survive but heartless scammers are making most of every opportunity to take advantage. Scammers are usually reporting the riders and the orders just to get a refund or sorry voucher.

Cathy said that a cetain Marites Ibanez ordered 4 liters of Buko Shake and 500ml Buko Juice. They properly served and handed the orders to the delivery rider who delivered the item to the customer.

After a few moments, the customer reported the transaction and clicked “Canceled Order” for the reason “Wrong item delivered”. She is disappointed knowing that they have handed the correct item.

CAUTION WALANG AWANG MGA SCAMMER SA FOODPANDA

Maliit lang po ang aming business at sa katotohanan struggling to survive. So, sobrang nakakalungkot na mabiktima ng mga naglipana na SCAMMER na ugali umorder sa Foodpanda tapos irereport pra macancel at MAKAREFUND or makakuha ng SORRY VOUCHER katumbas ng halagang inorder nila. Ang masaklap KAMING VENDOR ang hindi babayaran pwera na lang ilaban namin, na hindi madali kc makailang ulit kang maghahabol para lang bayaran kami sa mga inorder na naibigay namin ng maayos at nadeliver ng maayos, tapos DAHIL SA WALANG KONSENSIYA NA MGA SCAMMER kami na nga nakuhanan ng paninda, kami pa sumasakit ang ulo at nasstress ng sobra!

Today, may nag order sa amin thru Foodpanda, andami nyang order under the name “Marites Ibanez”. 4 liters na Buko Shake at isang 500ml Buko Juice. Maayos namin naihanda at naiserve hanggang sa makuha ng rider at nadeliver ng maayos. Tapos ilang oras nakaraan bigla nag alert sa device na CANCELLED ang order at ang reason ay “WRONG ITEM DELIVERED”. Napaka impossible kasi para sa amin ito dahil 2 klase lng naman tinda namin at di naman ganun kadami orders na pra magkalito at di naman sabay sabay. Ang masaklap ang Foodpanda ganun ganun lang basta pag nagreport ang customer saglitan lang bigay agad ng Refund or Sorry Voucher katumbas ng inireklamo ng customer! Wala man lang pagcoconfirm sa Vendor or rider kung totoo ang claim ng customer kaya NAGLIPANA ANG SCAMMERS! Dahil sa palpak na sistema ng Foodpanda. Ang masakit kc sa part ng mga Vendor na ganun ganun lang tapos kami ang bigla na lng magsusuffer sa hindi naman namin kasalanan!

Heto ang MODUS:

Pagkaorder ng customer, nung idedeliver na kinontak ni customer si rider at binigyan ng instruction na sa ibang location idedeliver kesyo “WRONG PIN” daw kasi sya…So, sinunod naman ng rider ang instruction ni customer (baguhan si rider naconfirm ko). This way, hindi mattrace yung tunay na address ng customer kahit subukan sya hanapin. Tapos after ilang oras ayan report na pra macancel ang order at magsesend pa sa Foodpanda ng picture na pra lang panindigan ang kanilang panloloko. Biruin nyo Wrong Item delivered at nakaattach sa report e fried chicken na may rice ang natanggap nya sa halip na Buko Shake Hindi masukat sukat sa KAPAL ANG MUKHA NG MGA SCAMMERS NA ITO!!! MGA WALANG KONSENSYA!!!

Nakakalungkot lang kung gaano ka laganap ang mga SCAMMERS. At kung gaano kaming mga vendor ay hindi man lang protektado.

Sa oras na ito, pumayag na si Foodpanda bayaran sa amin ang cancelled order…matapos ang napakaraming report at email para lang habulin ito.
