PAGASA Releases Latest Update for Wednesday (May 5)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the ITCZ would bring cloudy and rainy conditions over some parts of the Philippines.
On Wednesday (May 5, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. The Intertropical Convergence Zone would continue to affect the country’s weather condition.
The easterlies would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, and Benguet.
Bicol region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon would also experience the same weather condition. The Intertropical Convergence Zone would bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN.
The localized thunderstorms would also bring the same weather condition over Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country.
Meanwhile, the surrounding sea conditions over Northern Luzon, Aurora province and the rest of the country would be slight moderate, according to PAGASA.
