PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Tuesday (May 4, 2021)

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the easterlies would continue to affect weather condition over the entire Philippines.

On Tuesday (May 4, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The easterlies would affect the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA said that the easterlies would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, and Benguet.

It would also bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, the rest of the Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro.

Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon as well as Metro Manila and the rest of the country would experience similar weather conditions due to the localized thunderstorms.

The weather agency also warned the residents in the affected areas of possible flashfloods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over Northern Luzon, Aurora province, Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro would be slight to moderate, according to PAGASA.
