Community Pharmacy Pantry Providing Free Medicines in Sampaloc, Manila Launched by Pharmacist
A pharmacist in Sampaloc, Manila has launched a community pharmacy pantry providing free medicines for the less-fortunate.
A Facebook user named Kace Cirelos has shared the photos of a community pharmacy pantry providing free medicines to the people. The program garnered praises ad admiration from the online community.
Kace Cirelos said that the pantry was a gift from God and came from kind-hearted individuals who made this program possible. Cirelos revealed that Maginhawa Community Pantry inspired them.
The lady netizen said that the Maginhawa pantry inspired his fellow medical professionals and entrepreneurs to help the less-fortunate Filipinos during this time of coronavirus pandemic.
“I hope magkaroon ng positive impact sa ibang medical professionals like me pati na po sa mga entrepreneurs, na tumulong po sa talagang walang wala,” Cirelos said.
The medicines and medical items came from donations. The residents could just get their needs at the community pharmacy.
