One of the victims, an OFW mother currently stationed in the Middle East, is very worried. Hipolito is not said to be involved in illicit drugs, but he has been in trouble lately, according to his mother.
Ongoing po ‘yung kaso,” she said.
Dizon’s father, on the other hand, said that his son had recently relocated to Manila from the province and that there was no cause for him to be kidnapped. Romeo Garcia Tala Jr., who said that his son was not involved in the incident, said he received the news while at work.
So far, no one has been identified as a person of interest in the abduction of the three. However, the case is already being investigated, according to Manila Police District Director Brigadier General Leo Francisco.
