Robin Padilla and Mariel Padilla shared a piece of their mind about the COVID-19 vaccine
Actor Robin Padilla scolded his wife TV host Mariel Padilla because of her attempt to avail the free COVID-19 vaccine from the government.
In a recent Instagram video of Robin, he and Mariel shared their views regarding the vaccination. They pointed out that people should not be afraid to get the vaccine as it will be beneficial amid the pandemic.
In the caption of his post, the actor even shared that he was not in favor of vaccines before, especially when it comes to their children. He revealed that he and his wife even had a long conversation regarding this matter.
However, he said that the COVID-19 situation is different. “Pero dito sa covid 19 naiba talaga ang takbo ng isip ko! Iba kasi ito mga kababayan, nakapaloob tayo sa pandaigdigan na digmaan dito at tanging tayo lang ang makakatulong sa sarili natin dahil apektado ang buong ekonomiya ng mundo lalo na tayo,” Robin Padilla wrote.
For the actor, this is way of doing an action against the detrimental effect of the deadly virus to the economy and the whole country.
In the video, Mariel said that they already submitted their names for the list of people who want to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, including their companions in their house.
She also shared that her family in the States already got the vaccine. Mariel also revealed that she accompanied her senior citizens lolo and lola with the hope that she will avail the free COVID-19 vaccine as well.
However, she said that her husband her. “Hindi ka naman senior citizen,” Robin Padilla stressed with high voice. Then, the actor said that they will just buy the vaccine.
