Video of Rude Customer Disrespecting Grab Rider Goes Viral Online

A rude customer disrespects the Grab Food rider and confiscated its motorcycle key and identification card.

Over the past few years, a lot of delivery employees have been complaining against rude clients and heartless customers making fake booking and canceling orders. Riders usually experience hardships performing their job just to earn money.

Customers should be more respectful and considerate to delivery employees who were doing their best to perform their job.

The Facebook page “News viral” has shared the video footage of a Grab Food rider being disrespected by a rude customer during delivery transaction. The video goes viral and elicits comments online.

In the video, it can be seen that the disrespectful customer is insulting and criticizing the delivery employee over misunderstanding. After a few moments, the customer confiscated the rider’s motorcycle key and ID.

The rider tried to explain the situation to the customer but the cruel man continue to criticize him. The client entered his house and the delivery worker asked the rude customer to return the key of his motorcycle.
