DENNIS PADILLA – Famous comedian Dennis Padilla has this reaction as his daughter Julia Barretto and her boyfriend Gerald Anderson confirmed their relationship.
Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson was the one who confirmed relationship with Julia Barretto in a a tell-all interview with Boy Abunda. This is some years after he allegedly “ghosted” Bea Alonzo, his former girlfriend. And speaking about his future, he is already considering of settling down and build his own family because what he’s doing now will eventually lead to it.

“Siyempre naman. Dun din yung punta natin and that’s also been kumbaga extra motivation rin sa akin,” he said which is the same case to his girlfriend. Julia expressed in one of her vlog guesting that a couple of years from now, she intends to be ready to settle down because becoming a mother is her ultimate goal. This is what’s giving her the inspiration to work harder and hustle more for this year and for the next one.

And now, following the confirmation of their relationship Julia’s father, comedian Dennis Padilla, spoke about and reacted. In a post from News TV5, he said that what he only wanted is for daughter not be hurt. Just as long as she’s happy, he will support her. He said:
“Matatanda na sila. Kung saan siya maligaya suportahan ko na lang siya. Nasa kanya naman ‘yun eh, kung saan siya masaya, doon ako masaya. Ang importante lang sa akin, ‘wag lang sasaktan ang anak ko.”
