NCR Plus MECQ: Adjusted Mall Hours Starting April 12 to April 30

Here’s the adjusted mall operating hours for NCR plus MECQ from April 12 until the end of the month.

NCR PLUS MECQ – These malls within the NCR Plus adjusted their operating hours as the areas have been transitioned from ECQ to a lighter one, MECQ.

Starting from April 12 until the end of the month, April 30, the areas within the NCR Plus are put under the modified enhanced community quarantine. The NCR plus is composed of Metro Manila and the adjacent provinces of Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna. With the new quarantine measure imposed, establishments such as malls immediately made their revisions in terms of their operating house.

The changes are made according to the guidelines issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) where essential goods and services will remain open. These mals have also adjusted their schedule as per the new curfew set which is from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. as soon as the MECQ also starts.

Check the changes in operating hours of the following malls within the bubble below:

  • Ayala Malls (Glorietta) from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Supermarkets, drugstores, pet food and pet care supplies, banks, service shops (money couriers, telecommunications, internet, cable) are open.
    • Other retail shops at 50% capacity.
    • Restaurants are allowed to cater at 50% capacity, al fresco dining, and takeout and delivery services.
    • Gyms, entertainment centers, and personal care shops will be closed.
  • Festival Mall will be closed temporarily until further notice starting April 12
  • SM Supermalls from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Supermarkets, banks, hardware stores, pharmacies, SM Store, telecom and computer shops, other retail and service shops are open.
    • Restaurants are at 50% percent capacity, al fresco dining, and takeout and delivery services.
  • Robinsons Malls from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • The supermarket will open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on April 12 but starting April 13, it will open starting 7 a.m. to  8 p.m. 
    • Restaurants are allowed to cater at 50% capacity, al fresco dining, and takeout and delivery services.
    • Closed centers are entertainment and amusement centers, gyms and fitness centers, personal care services, internet cafes, and travel agencies.
  • Starmall Alabang, EDSA-Shaw, San Jose del Monte from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Essential stores like supermarkets, drugstores, convenience stores, banks, courier services, money changer, and remittance services, ATM centers, and hardware and home essentials stores are open.
    • Restaurants, pet shops, bookstores, IT shops, toy stores, and fashion and retail shops operate at 50% capacity.
  • The Podium from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • The supermarkets, banks, drugstores, hardware stores, telecom and computer shops, other retail and service shops are open.
    • Restaurants are at 50% percent capacity, al fresco dining, and takeout and delivery services.
  • Vista Mall from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Metro Manila while 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna
    • Supermarkets, drugstores, convenience stores, banks, courier services, money changer, and remittance services, ATM centers, and hardware and home essentials shops are open.
    • Restaurants, pet shops, bookstores, IT shops, toy stores, and fashion and retail shops operate at 50% capacity as per Inquirer news.
