The Oppo Find X3 Neo 5G was announced on March 11, 2021, and released on March 19, 2021. The smartphone is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is built with a Glass front (Gorilla Glass 5), glass back (Gorilla Glass 5), and aluminum frame.

Find X3 Neo 5G comes in a 6.55 inches screen size and the display is AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that provides 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The phone measures 159.9 x 72.5 x 8 mm and weighs 184 grams.

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 5G (7 nm+) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 650. Fin X3 Neo runs on Android 11 + ColorOS 11.1 operating system.

Oppo Find X3 Neo 5G is integrated with 120GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage. The smartphone supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).

The rear side of the smartphone features a quad-camera that consists of 50-megapixel (wide) + 13-megapixel (telephoto) + 16-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro). It sports a 32-megapixel (wide) camera on the front for shooting selfies.

Connectivity options on the phone include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS with dual-band A-GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BDS, QZSS, NFC, USB On-The-Go, and USB Type-C 3.1. The phone’s sensors include fingerprint (under display, optical), gyro, accelerometer, compass, proximity, and color spectrum.

It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4500 mAh battery + fast charging 65W + SuperVOOC 2.0. The phone is available in two colors: Starlight Black and Galactic Silver.
