6 Robbery Gang Members Killed in a Shootout Against Police in Pampanga
Six (6) allegedly members of a robbery gang known in Central Luzon were killed after the gun battle against police operatives in Pampanga.
In a gun battle with police operatives on Calulut Bypass Road in San Fernando City, this province, six members of the robbery group operating in Central Luzon were killed. The armed men were on board a red Mitsubishi Mirage (UQG-517) when a police team tried to stop them.

According to Police Brig. Gen Val de Leon, Central Luzon police director, the suspects riding the vehicle opened fire at the law enforcers that prompted a gunfight. However, the suspects were later cornered by another mobile team of the Regional Highway Patrol Unit (RHPU-3) on Calulut Bypass Road.
According to the report of Manila Bulletin, the suspects fired at the operatives who retaliated instead of surrendering. The gunmen were killed after the retaliation.
De Leon added that the suspects were allegedly planning to conduct a robbery operation inside a subdivision in San Fernando City. Unfortunately, they were intercepted by the police operatives.
