Two Men Arrested For Selling Drug Plants In Manila

MANILA – Two men were recently arrested after they were caught selling illegal drug plants in Manila on Wednesday, March 18, 2021.

They were caught in two separate anti-illegal drug operations conducted by the Pandacan Police, according to a report from ABS–CBN News.

The first suspect to be caught in a buy bust was the suspect under the alias ‘Robin’, 20 years of age. He was arrested after selling 11 grams of Maryjane in Floresca Street.

The second suspect arrested in another buy bust was the suspect under the alias Jolan in his residence in Firmeza Street in Sampaloc.

His arrest followed after he sold drugs to a poseur buyer.

Retrieved from the suspect were over 100 grams of Maryjane which is worth at about P12,000.

Based on the report, the police have conducted an investigation whether or not the two are connected. But ‘Jolan’ was a well-known drug seller which his customers frequented.

The two will be charged for selling illegal prince.

In a separate drug report, police arrested siblings in Quezon Cityover illegal drugs worth about P1K.

Retrieved from the siblings were a black sling bag containing two .38 caliber revolvers and ammunition seven plastic sachets of illegal drugs weighing 82 grams with a street value of P557,600 in his bag.

One of the siblings was charged in the case of frustrated murder and robbery in Barangay Marulas, Valenzuela.
