Who will play the Powerpuff Girls in the live-action series?
The cast members for the Powerpuff Girls live-action series are finally revealed months after it was first announced.
Last August 2020, reports surfaced that the live-action series was in the works. It is based on the animated series on the Cartoon Network created by Craig Mccracken.
For several years, the series has captured the hearts of many kids and those who in touch with their kiddie sides. Who wouldn’t love to watch the adventures of Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup who are always ready to save the day from the adversary Mojo Jojo?
Just recently, The Variety’s report revealed the actresses who will play the lead roles and they are Chloe Bennet (Blossom), Dove Cameron (Bubbles), and Yana Perrault (Buttercup).
The three of them shared this good news on their Instagram account as they confirmed their upcoming project together.

“The city of townsville . is uNDER ATTACK,” Dove wrote in her caption.
Yana, on the other hand, is still overwhelmed for being part of the Powerpuff Girls live-action series.
“No really v grateful, this is too dreamy to believe, so many feelings, still processing, on cloud 9,” she said.
Meanwhile, Chloe featured her character Blossom in her post.
The series will be directed by Maggie Kiley who is also one of the executive producers with Warner Brothersw, Heather Regnier and Diablo Cody, Erika Kennair, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and David Madden via Berlanti Productions.
