Is Kim Chiu talking about her breakup with Gerald Anderson?
Actress-host Kim Chiu talked about her painful breakup in the past and the question arose if she is talking about her ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson.
In a recent episode of the Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime, Kim and Vice Ganda talked about heartbreak and moving on.
This conversation came from the song ‘Where Do Broken Hearts Go’ that one of the contestants in ‘Tawag Ng Tanghalan’ sang. With this, the hosts talked about their past experiences in having painful breakups, based on the article in Abante.
Kim Chiu shared that she experienced a long time ago the feeling of being “bigo”. She said that she regretted that she went through that sad chapter of her life alone.
“Nagsarili ako. Wala akong masyadong friends noon eh. ‘Yun ‘yung isa sa mga bagay na pinagsisisihan ko na sinarili ko ‘yung lungkot at poot,” the Chinita Princess said.
She added that it is easy to move one from the failed relationship if one has friends. Kim realized that the pain should be told to other and that it is okay to cry a lot. The actress-host also mentioned that going out with friends and asking their opinion how to deal with this kind of situation will also help.
“Mas maganda ‘yung ganun kasi share ka nang share hanggang sa napagod ka sa kaka-share tapos masaya ka na,” Kim said.
For Vice, what he did to deal with the pain was to go out a lot with his friends. However, he pointed out the importance of having family and friends who would accept him.
Although Kim Chiu did not mention any name, entertainment columnist Dondon Sermino said that the It’s Showtime host was talking about her ex-boyfriend Gerald Anderson.
