This is the reason why Bea Alonzo wants to have a project with Alden Richards
Kapamilya actress Bea Alonzo revealed the reason why she wanted to work with Kapuso actor Alden Richards.
Bea and Alden are set to star in the movie A Moment To Remember which is a remake of a Japanese drama series and also had its South Korean movie version.
Prior to this movie project, they already did a stint for a shampoo commercial. During a recent interview for their first movie together, Alden revealed how he wanted to work with Bea.
He said that he watched the movie of Bea with John Lloyd Cruz as he loves their tandem onscreen. Based on the article in the Philippine Star, Bea Alonzo also revealed the reason why she dreams to share the same frame with the Kapuso actor.
She said that her desire to work with Alden came after his movie Hello, Love, Goodbye with Kathryn Bernardo. The said movie that was directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina became a blockbuster hit that currently holds the top-grossing film record in the Philippines.
“Ang hindi niya [Alden] alam, gusto ko rin talaga siyang makatrabaho. Kasi I have seen his movie with Kathryn and I thought he did a very good job with the character. I wanna be able to have that chance to actually work with him in a project and develop characters with him,” Bea Alonzo shared.
To recall, back in 2019, Bea already made a comment on the said movie. She shared the conversation she had with Kakai Bautista, one of the cast members of the HLG, who is her close friend. Bea commended the cast for doing well.
