Exclusivity and a bit of mystery – This is what restaurant-owner Rey Ongpauco has taught his daughter actress Heart Evangelista in marriage. One of the secrets in keeping thrill and privacy at the same in married life is according to “not make bihis” in front of your partner.
“My dad would always tell me, ‘you have to leave a little bit of yourself. So if you go to the toilet, close the door. If magbibihis ka, don’t make bihis in front [of them],” shares the actress in a YouTube vlog with beauty doctor Dr. Aivee Teo.
With this, she’s able to keep her sense of privacy and mystery as her dad taught her to not give everything to her partner which she really applied in her life now as a married woman. She revealed that her husband, Sorsogon Governor Chiz Escudero, only sees her bare whenever “it’s that one”.
This is also her way and effort to make things fresh. She even added, “Hindi ’yung nagdadaan ka, nagpupulbo ka [ng kili-kili]. ’Di ba ang pangit?”
Little things as such include not letting her husband see her put her lotion on and even in going to bed, she wear silk robes or sleepings gowns. It’s accordingly the time she doesn’t have any make-up on and it helps her to feel good when she wakes up in the morning.
With this stand, many people reacted and appreciated it. However, not everyone agrees to this. Some expressed that this kind of setup is applicable to selected couples and not for everyone. To each his own, they said.
