Based on the report, the suspects were riding two black SUVs, without a plate number, with four armed men on board and a woman. Investigations into the motive for the abduction and identity of the suspects are ongoing.
Meanwhile, the MPD is still blank at the location of a Manila policeman who was abducted on February 18, in Binondo. Until now they are still looking for CCTVs in the National Capital Region (NCR) where it is possible that the vehicle used in the abduction of Corporal Allan Hilario passed by.
MPD Director BGen. Leo Francisco said that Hilario was said to be assigned as the police assistance desk of MPD-Station 11 when at least five armed men were abducted and then entered into a white AUV.
Hilario was the only one on duty when the incident happened so it was also one of Francisco’s investigations when he questioned the absence of a ‘buddy’ in his duty. According to Francisco, every policeman should always have a companion or buddy in their deployment.
