Meryll Soriano Shares Video Doing Supported Handstand
MERYLL SORIANO – Filipina actress Meryll Soriano’s pregnancy workout routine was quite jaw-dropping.
On New Year’s Day, actors Meryll Soriano and Joem Bascon surprised their fans as they introduced their baby. They became open to the public about their family.
In her IG post last January, the 38-year-old actress shared that she and her partner had planned to have a baby. She uploaded a photo of her with Joem, taken on the day confirmed her pregnancy.
Meryll Soriano has belatedly been chronicling her pregnancy journey on her IG account since revealing she has a baby with Joem Bascon. She described her pregnancy as “risky and difficult” due to her age.
The actress said she acquired gestational diabetes during her 6th to 7th month of pregnancy therefore she had to change her diet. She also had to perform daily exercises.

In her latest IG post, Meryll Soriano gave her fans a glimpse at her prenatal workout routine. She said exercising helped her take care of herself and their baby during her pregnancy.
In her video, the actress can be seen doing a supported handstand. The clip was taken when she was 7 months pregnant.
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “7 months pregnant. Mum and Dud workout while baby inside my tummehhh.”
“Worked out 4-6 times a week. Helped me a lot with my mental health. Considering I have gestational diabetes at the time, I prioritized staying healthy with proper eating for me and the baby. And, of course, I had to be strong for my birth delivery. So, I pushed myself with the help of Dud, every single time. It’s a difficult time to be pregnant during this pandemic. Exercise is definitely one way to battle anxieties and worries we had.”
