PAGASA – LPA, Formerly Auring Dissipated (February 23, 2021)
PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA has recently said that the Low Pressure Area formerly known as Auring has dissipated at 8 AM today.

This came from a weather advisory from the state bureau, which was issued at 11 AM today.
Meanwhile, the Tail-End of a Frontal System is affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon.
The eastern portions of Isabela and mainland Cagayan will face moderate to heavy rains; while Aurora, northern portion of Quezon, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will face light to moderate with at times heavy rains.
Under the said conditions, isolated flash flooding and rain-induced landslides are likely to occur during heavy or prolonged rainfall especially in areas that are highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards as identified in hazard maps.
Based on the website, as previously reported, for the forecast wind and coastal water condition, the Northern and eastern sections of Northern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast direction, while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the southeast to northeast direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
