PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day February 23 2021 (Tuesday).

The 4AM Daily Forecast from the state weather bureau says that the Low Pressure Area that is the former Tropical Depression “Auring” was last spotted at about 105 km East of Infanta, Quezon.

The LPA will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorm over Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, MIMAROPA, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Camarines Norte.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon, which is currently affecting Extreme Northern Luzon, will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Region and rest of Cagayan Valley.

The rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the website, for the forecast wind and coastal water condition, the Northern and eastern sections of Northern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast direction, while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the southeast to northeast direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
