Is Bea Alonzo doing a TV5 show with John Lloyd Cruz?
The manager of Bea Alonzo reacted to the rumors that the actress is set to do a sitcom on TV5 with John Lloyd Cruz.
Indeed, the tandem of Bea and John Lloyd is well-loved by many showbiz fans. Many are looking forward to their reunion project and fortunately, it is happening soon.
Previous reports stated that Bea and John Lloyd will be working on their reunion movie. ABS-CBN FIlms managing director Olivia Lamasan said that the Bea-Lloydie is already under creative development, based on the article in The Philippine Star.
“Right now, tuloy pa rin ang creative development under Carmi Raymundo. This time, it’s a collaboration with John Lloyd himself and Bea. That is what’s happening. Tuloy iyan,” Direk Olive said.
The shooting for this movie will take place after the filming of Bea Alonzo’s movie with Kapuso actor Alden Richards. Their movie together is a remake of the hit South Korean film titled A Moment To Remember.
Previously, it was also rumored that Bea and John Lloyd will be doing a sitcom in the Kapatid network. It was said that it will be produced by Brightlight Productions as the company’s owner Albee Benitez was spotted with the A-list actor.
However, the new manager of Bea Alonzo, Shirley Kuan denied this rumored TV project. “No, not true,” she said. However, the talent manager confirmed that the Bea-John Lloyd movie is happening.
“The reunion with John Lloyd will start right after Bea-Alden shoot,” she said.
