Delivery Rider to Receive Free to Free COVID-19 Vaccine From Delivery Courier Company
A delivery courier company announced that it would give a free COVID-19 vaccine to the delivery riders amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Recently, LBC announced that over 10, 000 employees of the company including the delivery riders would receive a free COVID-19 vaccine shot. The courier company bought the vaccines from various manufacturers.
The firm’s program is their way of complying with the quarantine guidelines and health protocols being implemented by the Philippine government amid the health crisis. However, the company is not yet giving a specific day for the vaccination.
LBC wants to ensure the safety of the delivery workers as well as the wellness of their valued customers.
The delivery sector is one of the major industries in the Philippines amid the coronavirus pandemic, wherein most people prefer to stay on their respective houses. Delivery services are also in demand during this time of pandemic.

Previously, the Philippine Retailers Association suggested the inclusion of the retail frontliners or economic frontliners who will receive COVID-19 vaccines. It includes sales clerk, sales lady, cashier, and other personnel involved in face-to-face transactions.
