The Vivo iQOO U3 was announced on December 14, 2020, and released on December 18, 2020. The smartphone features a huge screen sized that is 6.58” and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that gives 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution.
The smartphone measures 164.2 x 75.4 x 8.4 mm and weighs 185.5 grams. It supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
Vivo iQOO U3 is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G octa-core processor while the GPU is Mali-G57 MC 3. The device runs on the Android 10 operating system with iQOO UI. It is packed with 6GB and 8GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Vivo iQOO U3 sports a dual-camera setup at the back comprising of a 48-megapixel (wide) + 2-megapixel (depth). On the front, there’s a 20-megapixel camera for shooting selfies.
The device is fueled by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 18W. It was launched in Aurora, Gray, and White colors.
Sensors on the smartphone include a gyro, compass, proximity, accelerometer, and fingerprint (side-mounted). It also features WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS with A-GPS, BDS, GALILEO, GLONASS, USB Type C-2.0, and USB OTG.
