Social Media Post of Christine Dacera Case Respondent Gigo de Guzman
CHRISTINE DACERA CASE – Gregorio “Gigo” de Guzman, one of the respondents of the case, took to social media a “note to self”.
The son of singer Claire dela Fuente, Gigo de Guzman, is one of the respondents in the case of Christine Dacera. According to him, he was just invited to the said year-end celebration in a Makati hotel.
Dacera and her friends decided to stay in City Garden Grand Hotel on New Year’s eve. According to Gigo, it was Rommel Galido whom he knows among the group and, from what he saw, the group really took care of the female flight attendant.
Dacera’s companions claimed they were introduced to some people staying in another room by one of their friends. They had hard drinks and they also played some parlor games.
The following day, Dacera was reportedly found unconscious in the bathtub of their room so they took her out and tried to revive her. She was rushed to the hospital but the flight attendant was declared dead on arrival.
The Dacera family does not believe the findings of the autopsy and the medico-legal report of the Philippine National Police (PNP). It determined ruptured aortic aneurysm as the cause of the death of the flight attendant.

Currently, at least 11 people are facing charges over the Christine Dacera case. Amid everything they are going through, respondent Gigo de Guzman took to social media an inspiring “note to self”.
The son of Claire dela Fuente reminded himself of all the times he pushed although he felt he could not and all those moments he wanted to give up but he did not. Here’s his Instagram post based on Pep‘s screenshot:
