MANILYN REYNES’ FATHER – The Kapuso actress’ father, Nelson Reynes, died and she took to social media a heartfelt message for him.
A lot of stars in showbiz are in the Philippine entertainment industry for several years now. Some of them are not only into acting but as well as into singing like actress-singer Manilyn Reynes.
Manilyn is one of those showbiz celebrities who started their career at a young age. It was in 1982 when she became a child actress and first appeared in the film To Mama with Love.
Currently, Manilyn is in the industry for over 35 years already and is dubbed as The Star of All Decades. She got a best actress award at a young age for the film Minsan May Isang Ina.
The multi-awarded actress is married to actor Aljon Jimenez. It was in 1996 when they officially tied the knot. Their marriage was blessed with three (3) sons – Kyle, Kirk, and Kael.

Currently, Manilyn is one of the main stars of the GMA-7 sitcom Pepito Manaloto that is airing for more than 10 years now. She plays the role of Elsa dela Cruz-Manaloto.
Recently, a sad incident took place in the life of the Kapuso actress. Manilyn Reynes’ father, Nelson Reynes, died. Previously, she has sought prayers for her father but she did not disclose her medical condition.
In an Instagram post, Manilyn Reynes’ father got a heartfelt message from the Pepito Manaloto actress. She told her father to rest and that there is no more pain. She stated that she and her family love him very much.
