Jhong Hilario Announces Gender Of First Baby With Long-Time Partner

In a virtual conference, Jhong Hilario shared that he’s expecting a baby girl with his long-time partner.

JHONG HILARIO – Actor, host, and dancer Jhong Hilario announced that he and Maia, his long-time partner, are expecting a girl for their first baby.

Last November 2020, Kapamilya artist and “It’s Showtime” host Jhong Hilario announced through a social media post that he and his partner for seven years Maia Azores are going to be parents. Despite all the struggle amid the pandemic, one of the things he’s thankful for are the blessings that come his way.

To recall, Jhong has a first wife, Michelle Westgate, a British woman he met in London while he was doing “Miss Saigon” but they got separated. And it was last 2014 that he revealed to the public that he is in a relationship with someone who is 15 years younger than him .

And during the Zoom mediacon of Showtime hosts for the grand finals of Tawag Ng Tanghalan, Hilario revealed that he will be a father to a baby girl. He even added jokingly, “Sasabibin ko na po para sa kung sino ang gustong magregalo.”

He expressed his excitement for his upcoming baby and the pandemic, for him, isn’t that bad because he had his child. He also said regarding his partner’s pregnancy, “And about sa pregnancy naman ni Maia, okay naman po, nag-iingat naman po. And pagdating sa safety protocols, kailangang gawin, e.”

Moreover, aside from the pandemic, the shutdown of his network also came as a big challenge to him. But luckily, his show is among those considered by the network to continue to air despite their limited platform.
