Get To Know More About The Rising Pinoy Rapper Ez Mil
EZ MIL – Get to know Ez Mil, the viral Pinoy Rapper that earned lots of attention after performing his single “Panalo” on the Wish USA Bus.
Filipino-Caucasian rapper Ezekiel Miller or better known as Ez Mil recently performed his latest single “Panalo” on the Wish USA Bus. In a span of three days, the video has garnered more than 10 million views on Youtube.
His song tackles Filipino patriotism and lots of his kababayan were left dumbfounded after hearing him ram and sing live. Some of them even compared him to the late Filipino rapper icon Francis Magalona. However, there are also netizens who criticized him because of the lyrics.
Nevertheless, Ez Mil is overwhelmed by the support that he received from countrymen. He thanked them for appreciating his song.
On his FB account, he said “Let me start by saying thanks to everyone for the support, I can’t thank ya’ll enough for all the positive feedback I’ve been getting from each and every one of you.”

Ez Mil was born on July 27, 1998, in Olongapo City. According to his FB profile, the rapper studied Architecture at Saint Louis University in Baguio City. He currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
His dad Paul Sapiera is the lead singer and guitarist of the ‘90s rock band Rockstar. The band released hits like “Parting Time” and “Mahal Pa Rin Kita.”
During his interview with Wish USA in Dec. 2020, Ez Mil revealed that his artistry was greatly influenced by his parents. He said they were both active in the rock music scene.
“My family has been on the music scene where it started. Both my mom and dad, mostly my dad. Some would say he’s a legend in the rock scene in the Philippines.”
The young musician said he has been exposed to different genres because of her parents. He said, “I started getting interests in music when I learned about hip hop and R&B and all those other genres that are not rock because it is not necessarily pushed onto me. It was like this is all different like I’m gonna check it out myself.”
The 22-year-old rapper has been writing his own songs and some of them were released on his Youtube Channel. He has garnered 325K subscribers as of this writing.
He released his debut album called ‘Act 1’ on his birthday last year. It is a 16-track album featuring acts such as Di$mal, Anji, Raining Sorrow, Trilogy FPE, and voice actors Michelle Liane and his mom Hazel Marin Miller.
Ez Mil uses his free time laying down beats, plays the piano and guitar. He also loves to dance. He named 2pac and Chris Brown as his key influencers.
He admitted that he’s obsessed with the hip hop genre and he’s willing to give all his best. “Parang na-o-obsess ako do’n sa something na inaasikaso ko o kinakahiligan ko. Mamahalin ko siya to the point na full on dedication. Nothing else matters other than this thing that I like,” he said.
His advice to aspiring rappers: “Focus and try to do as much as you can in terms of like how you want to make a song. Keep making beats, make your own beats like strive to make your own beats. If you force yourself to go on that path, you can have so much more control.”
