Lady Netizen Expresses Disappointment Due to Company’s High Standards When Hiring Employees
A disappointed netizen has expressed its sentiments regarding the high standards of company when hiring employees.
Nowadays, a lot of people are struggling to find a stable job due to lack of work experience and not impressive educational attainment. Some people are still jobless due to lack of job opportunities.
Most companies are also setting a high and unreachable standards when hiring employees. Many employers demand college graduate applicants with work experiences and even demanding a height standard.
Recently, the Facebook page “Isko Moreno Supporters” has shared the post of a netizen named Linn Ai expressed her sentiments about the high standards of companies when hiring employees. The post garnered various reactions online.
Linn Ai has shared the photo of a post announcing a job opportunity at “Surplus” store. The firm is looking for cashier but the qualifications are quite impossible for some applicants. The company requires college diploma, sets age and height limit, requires work experience, and other qualifications.
The lady netizen also urged the companies to lower their standards and qualifications for job applicants.
