Honest Traffic Enforcer Returns Wallet of a Pedestrian Earned Praise and Honor
An honest traffic enforcer earned praise and honor after he returned the wallet of a pedestrian after it was fell off while walking.
Recently, controversial issues involving government officials have been the hottest talk in the country. But amid the controversies of some government employees in the country today, there are still kind and honest officials who help fellow countrymen.
A 42-year-old traffic enforcer proved that many are still loyal to the public service. The local government of Mabalacat, Pampanga praises traffic enforcer Richard Ballesteros after he returned the wallet of a pedestrian after it fell on the road.

The wallet is full of ID and credit cards, which also contain P7,000 cash. Many netizens expressed admiration for the traffic enforcer who tested his integrity despite the hardships of life brought by the pandemic.
According to Ballesteros, during his 3 years in the traffic enforcement group, he has also been able to return expensive and valuable items left behind by the owners several times.
For him, it was just fulfilling his duty no matter how difficult life was today. He did these kinds of things because he loves his job and his family. Despite difficulties due to the pandemic, Ballesteros won’t neglect his duties.
At the flag-raising ceremony at Mabalacat City Hall on Monday, Ballesteros was honored and given the award of recognition as an honest employee. He also received a cash reward from the mayor. Also, Ballesteros was promoted as a regular employee from being a job order status at Mabalacat City Hall.
