A lady netizen earned praises from the netizens for showing consideration to Food Panda rider’s fault during his first day on work.
A Facebook user named Ma Riz has shared her encounter with a Food Panda rider working on its first day. The post immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicit comments from the social media users.
The female customer narrated that the delivery rider arrived very late and the coffee she ordered was already cold. The sauce was also spilled and the rider failed to contact her during the transaction.
The rider expressed his sincere apology towards the lady customer and even made a mistake in giving her change. The delivery employee explained that it was his first on his job and experiencing hardships in delivering the orders of his customers.
However, Ma Riz choose to understand and consider the rider’s situation instead of criticizing him over his unintended mistakes. She choose to show kindness towards employees who just rely on their job to feed their families.
