OCTA Research released Presidential Preference Survey for 2022 elections
2022 Elections – Manila Mayor Isko Moreno topped the list of Presidential Preference in the National Capital Region (NCR) in a survey conducted by the OCTA Research.
As early as now, the world of politics has been releasing names of politicians who will possibly run for the position of President. Previously, Pulse Asia released its survey for the Presidential Preference in the whole country.
The result of the said survey hailed Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte as the top choice of the respondents for the presidency.
Just recently, based on the recent Twitter post of News 5, in the NCR, the survey for Presidential Preference showed that Mayor Isko Moreno is leading with 19 percent. The survey was held from December 9-13, 2020, and there are 600 people, 18 years old and above, who acted as respondents.
The same survey of the research team from the University of the Philippines also showed that on the second spot Bongbong Marcos and tied with Sara Duterte with 14 percent.
Also included in the top 10 are Senator Grace Poe (13 percent), Senator Bong Go (7 percent), Senator Manny Pacquiao (7 percent), Vice President Leni Robredo (4 percent), Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano (4 percent), and Senator Ping Lacson (3 percent).
In the survey of Pulse Asia for the 2020 elections, Mayor Isko Moreno was on the number 4 spot with 12 percent. When he was asked if he plans to run for a higher position, the Manila Mayor said that he will run in the next election but the position is still not sure.
A previous article also stated that speculation that Moreno will the running mate of Pacquiao.
