Policeman in Cavite Died After Being Shot During His Holiday Vacation
A policeman could not enjoy his holiday vacation until new year after he was shot in front their house in Dasmariñas, Cavite and later died.
According to the Ronda Provincial portion of the Unang Balita on Wednesday, a policeman died after being shot by three assailants in Dasmariñas, Cavite. The victim was identified as Police Staff Sergeant Roseman Batao.
Batao was cleaning his car in front of their house when he was shot. Police was found dead on the spot while the perpetrators fled in a car without a license plate.
The motive for the crime is being investigated. Batao was a former intelligence officer at the Maragondon Municipal Police Station before moving to Quezon province. He is just on vacation in Cavite to celebrate the new year with his family.
Earlier, several policemen were reportedly gunned down for some serious reason. This constantly happens after a policeman was involved in a shooting incident in Paniqui, Tarlac that took two innocent lives.
