Lady Customer Asks Courier Firms to Reduce Loads of Delivery Riders

Lady Customer Asks Courier Companies to be More Considerate to Delivery Riders

A lady customer has asked the courier companies to reduce the loads of delivery riders to ensure their safety during work.

The Facebook page “Trending TV” has shared the post of a lady customer identified as Yanz Cuadrante asking the J&T Express Philippines to reduce the loads of the delivery riders. The post garnered various reactions online.

Cuadrante praised the delivery boy Valdez Myron Art who is serving them for a bit. The rider is polite and hardworking just to perform his job properly. The employee is usually overloaded with parcels.

Yanz revealed that the delivery worker has already involved in several road accidents due to overloading. He is more concerned of his parcels rather than his own safety fearing that might be charged for the damages.

The woman also called out J&T Express Philippines and asked them to be more considerate to the riders and reduce the loads to ensure the safety of the employees.

Hello J&T Express Philippines ,

I’m hoping you could read/see this post.

We’re here in Aklan and kuya rider (Valdez Myron Art) has been our delivery guy here since we arrived.

He’s so polite and he’s always smiling every time he comes here to deliver. So today, we have a delivery and kuya was having a hard time to come closer after getting off his motorcycle. Found out he slipped in Sigcay, Banga because the road was slippery due to the heavy rain earlier and, as you can see, he’s overloaded with parcels. I know it’s his job and all but funny that he’s more concerned about the items he’s supposed to be delivering today than what happened to his own body. He’s more concerned of how much to pay in case an item will be damaged.

To cut this short, those items on the side, on boxes, shouldn’t be via motorcycle but via an L3 van/truck as how it is done in Manila. We’re hoping that we can be more considerate to our riders than the numbers we have to meet for the day.

Mababait naman mga taga Aklan and I’m sure they’ll understand a day of delay in the delivery of their item/s kaysa sa wala talagang dumating kasi nahulog na pala somewhere yung rider na magdedeliver sana. To add, nakailang tumba na din si kuya every time ganito load niya.
