The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is the biggest phone in size compared to other Galaxy S20 series. The smartphone was released on February 11, 2020.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G comes with a big display of 6.9-inches that comprise of a Dynamic AMOLED 2x capacitive touchscreen that gives a resolution of 1440 x 3200px.
The screen of the device is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. It comes with features such as an Always-on display, HDR10+, and 120Hz@FHD, 60Hz@QHD.
The rear camera of Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G consists of a quad-camera of 108-megapixel (wide) + Periscope 48-megapixel (telephoto), ½.0”, 0.8µm, OIS, PDAF, 10x hybrid optical zoom + 12-megapixel (ultrawide) AF, Super Steady video + 0.3 MP, TOF 3D (depth). For the selfie camera, Samsung placed a 40-megapixel camera. It also features options such as Auto-HDR and Dual video call.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is powered by the Exynos 990 – Global Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 – USA processor. The device is fueled by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 45W + USB Power Delivery 3.0 + Fast Qi/PMA wireless charging 15W + Power bank/Reverse wireless charging 9W.
The sensors of the device include barometer, gyro, accelerometer, compass, proximity, fingerprint (under display, ultrasonic) along with Samsung Dex, ANT+, Bixby natural language commands, and dictation.
