Charo Santos misses this actor
Actress/ABS-CBN executive Charo Santos admitted that she is missing this “very intense actor”.
Charo is one of the pillars of the Philippine show business. She is among the respected personalities in the industry. Throughout her years in the entertainment business, she already worked with several celebrities in various projects.
However, in a recent interview, based on the article from the Philippine Star, she admitted that there is one actor that she really misses that much. Charo Santos was talking about A-list actor John Lloyd Cruz who she calls “very intense”.
“John Lloyd is a very intense actor. I saw him when he auditioned for ABS-CBN when he was only 13 years old. I was a member of the panel. In a short interview, I already saw that may pupuntahan itong batang ito. Malalim,” she shared.
Charo added that there is a certain intensity in Lloydie and he really gets into the zone. “Sometimes nga, nakaka-intimidate. He stays in the character. He is a professional. He’s an introvert. But if he trusts you, he will bare his soul to you. I love Lloydie. I miss him,” the veteran actress shared.
John Lloyd has been a Kapamilya since he started his career in the entertainment industry. He took an indefinite leave of absence in 2017 that surprised many of his fans. The A-list actor was set to have his showbiz comeback this year but it was postponed due to the pandemic.
Meanwhile, Charo Santos also mentioned another A-list actor during the interview. She revealed that Piolo Pascual, who now has a show on TV5, is her original crush.
