The strong typhoon took the lives of some of our countrymen and displaced thousands of residents in the affected areas. Most areas affected by the typhoon were Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, and Albay.
Recently, the Filipino actor/TV host Willie Revillame personally visited the province of Catanduanes to check the situation of the residents in the area. The photos earned various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the 59-year-old comedian arrived at the province using his personal chopper. The humble celebrity is just wearing a plain gray shirt, shorts, and face mask during the visit.

Gigmoto, Catanduanes Mayor Vicente Tayam, Jr. said that Revillame visited the province to donate financial assistance for the typhoon-affected residents. The celebrity is planning to give at least P5 million after some residents call him out for help.
