Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto Look-Alike Goes Viral
VICO SOTTO – Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto’s look-alike went viral after he and his girlfriend recreated the scene where Connie Reyes was overjoyed when her son was proclaimed the new mayor of Pasig.

There are a lot of inspirations to choose from like iconic Marvel or DC characters, witches, zombies among others. Some people just want to go all out for the holiday.
Recently, a 25-year-old man named Carl Cervantes went viral on social media. He caught the attention of the netizens after he dressed up as Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto for Halloween.
He and his girlfriend Toni Sarcida recreated the scene where veteran actress Coney Reyes was overjoyed when his son was proclaimed as the new mayor of Pasig.
Politician Victor Maria Regis “Vico” Nubla Sotto is the son of superstar Vic Sotto and Reyes. He is being praised by many Filipinos for his competence in leading the city.

Carl Cervantes told Philstar that his uncanny resemblance to Mayor Vico Sotto and his girlfriend’s encouragement pushed him to do his Halloween costume.
“Ang dami lang kasing nagsasabing kahawig ko raw siya, kaya napagtripan naming gawin ‘yun haha,” he said.
Aside from being Mayor Vico Sotto’s look-alike, Cervantes said that he also admires him for being a “competent public servant.”
