John Lloyd Cruz and Liz Uy, stylist recalls past relationship with him.
LIZ UY – Celebrity stylist and It Girl Liz Uy speaks about past relationship with John Lloyd Cruz and admitted that she considered it as true love.
During the height of success of John Lloyd Cruz‘s films One More Chance and A Very Special Love, he dated stylist Liz Uy. They first met in Hong Kong and since then built a relationship which only lasted for three years. They have never divulged as to what’s the reason why behind their amicable split but for Liz, it’s because of their differences and them still being young.
They broke up way back 2009 and Liz have always been vocal saying that he will always be her great love and she will always love him. As for the actor, he would also tell reporters that Liz is someone whom he shared a big part of his life and love with. However, even if they grew apart, they were still able to maintain their friendship.
Both of them have now a child but the status of their love life is far different. Liz is now engaged to businessman Raymond Racaza blessed with one son and currently facing controversies for accordingly being a “home wrecker”. Meanwhile, John Lloyd has one son with Ellen Adarna and they are in a co-parenting set-up for their child.
Now, recalling past relationship with the actor, the stylist said that it was true love. In her recent interview, she quipped that he’s not just her boyfriend for the sake of the tag, he was her boyfriend because he loved her and it was a real love for her. And being asked again as per PEP’s report in why they broke up, she answered the same response – it’s all because of their issues and still being young at that time.
