Billie Hakenson Say She’s “The Happiest 4th Runner-up”
BILLIE HAKENSON – Kimberly “Billie” Hakenson, Cavite’s rep to the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 pageant, said she’s “the happiest 4th runner-up.”
Miss Cavite Kimberly “Billie” Hakenson is one of the candidates for the recently concluded Miss Universe pageant. During their closed-door interview, she proudly showed to the world that she is part of the LGBTQ community.
The pixie-haired beauty identifies herself as bis*xual. She said, “I’m Billie Hakenson, I’m representing Cavite. I’m bisexual and I’m proud to be here.”
Billie Hakenson’s opening statement in the MUP finals, she disclosed that she was a “survivor of gender-based abuse.” She was the 4th runner-up of the inaugural beauty pageant.
It was Iloilo’s bet Rabiya Mateo who won the title. The respective 1st, 2nd, and 3rd runners-up were Miss Parañaque City Maria Ysabella Roxas Ysmael, Miss Quezon City Michelle Gumabao, and Miss Bohol Pauline Amelinckx.

Billie Hakenson may not be crowned as the new Miss Universe Philippines but she feels like a winner. On her IG account yesterday, October 28, she described herself as “the happiest 4th runner-up.”
“I never expected to be part of the Top 5. And I’m still basking [in] elation with my achievements,” she wrote.
Billie Hakenson uploaded pictures of her and two of the top 5 queens, Rabiya Meteo and Pauline Amelinckx. She also shared her love for the two beauty queens, who are her “sisters” in Aces & Queens.
She called the Boholana beauty her “sentimental Ms. Universe.” She said she will always support her.
Meanwhile, she told Rabiya that her sisters “will protect you and help you as best as we can throughout your journey.”
