ANGEL LOCSIN – Governor Remulla talks about general’s spree to red-tag famous celebrities and women and Angel Locsin has this reaction about it.
Lt. Gen. Antonio Parlade Jr. has been red-tagging women Angel Locsin, Liza Soberano, and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray for their involvement to women’s group nd being vocal about the abuses and issues about it. He even dragged Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso which urged Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla.
Parlade is an official of the government’s National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) and red-tagging is identifying associated to New People’s Army (NPA). And his latest red-tagging post is about the sister of Angel, Ella Colmenares, being allegedly a part of the attack of NPA in Polilio Island way back 2005. But this was refuted by the actress herself by presenting an evidence.
And this red-tagging spree brought worries to the Cavite governor. He added that the general must be ashamed of his accusation to these famous women who are just speaking up for their fellow who don’t have the privilege and the loud voice that they have.
He said during a webinar, “Kahit si Yorme na nagtanggal lamang ng mga posters ay tinagurian agad na sympathizer. Ok ka lang, Parlade? Your train of thought and reasoning are preposterous and shifty.”
And with this, Angel expressed her “thank you” to Remulla for giving the general his own dose of medicine through an Instagram post. She posted a clip of general’s interview who complained of being accused wrongly and ultimately, on social media. To which is the same thing he did to Angel, Liza, Catriona, and others.
