Kris Aquino On Accusations To Angel Locsin’s Sister As Part Of NPA Attack In 2005

Angel Locsin posts evidence following a military official’s post and Kris Aquino has this reaction to it.

KRIS AQUINO – Angel Locsin firmly denied accusations of a military official over her sister’s involvement with the New People’s Army (NPA) and Kris Aquino has a reaction to this.

Lt. Gen. Antonio Parlade Jr., an official of the government’s National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), made a controversial claim on Facebook again. It is about Ella Colmenares, sister of Angel Locsin, who accordingly is a part of rebel group New People’s Army (NPA) attack in Polilio Island in Quezon way back 2005.

The Facebook post has been deleted but the Kapamilya actress got a hold of this and posted it along with an evidence that her sister is not in any way involved to it. She released her sister’s transcript of records from Philippine Christian University in the same year the incident that the general is talking about happened.

She even added that it was “utterly wrong” and that she is now fearing the safety of her family and of herself. She even called other politician’s help to prove that the “new anti-terrorist [law] is safe and is not prone to abuse”.

And with this, Kris Aquino left a comment to her post expressing her utmost admiration for her firm stance and strength. It reminded her of her late father’s favorite song entitled “Impossible Dream”.

Gel, just like i messaged you- HANGA ako sa katatagan at paninindigan mo. Reminds me of some lyrics of my dad’s favorite song, Impossible Dream:

To fight for the right
Without question or pause
To be willing to march
Into hell for a heavenly cause…
