The second son of Kris Aquino has these thoughts when it comes to his future career
Actress-host Kris Aquino shared that she is encouraging his son Bimby in whatever career he wants to focus on whether it is in politics, showbiz, or sports.
It is known to many that Kris came from a prominent political family. Her father was the late Senator Ninoy Aquino while her mother is the first female President of the Philippine Cory Aquino.
Kris’ older brother Noynoy Aquino served as the 15th President of the country. However, she chose a career in showbiz doing movies, TV shows, and various endorsements.
It is also a known fact to many that Bimby’s father, James Yap, is a popular basketball player. With this, the 13-year-old lad has a lot of options when it comes to his future career.
During a recent press conference, Kris Aquino admitted that her second son is a proud nerd, based on the article from Philstar. However, the Queen of all Media is not discouraging his son to do sports.
“Because I said, ‘You know, half of your DNA is actually genuinely, naturally athletic, so don’t fight it.’ But, he’s really focused on his studies. Who am I to argue with that? He’s really advanced. He’s only 13, he’s already into calculus,” she shared.
The mother of two also said that Bimby is playing tennis but he has a problem in running because his feet are big and it is because he is growing too fast.
Kris Aquino also encouraged her son to do hosting or to enter politics someday. However, the teenager just said to his mom, “There’s no money there.”
“I was so proud of the fact that we just talked about politics and he said there’s no money there. Thank God I raised a good son!” she said. The actress-host said that Bimby aims to do computer coding and artificial intelligence.
